Where can I purchase additional parts, fragrances, and solutions?

You may purchase these items at our office located at 111 Commerce Park Drive, Thomasville, GA 31757 Extra parts, fragrances, and solutions can also be ordered over the phone by calling the office at 1-229-672-9926. These items will be mailed to you for a small shipping fee.

How often do I need to change the HEPA neutralizer?

It is recommended that you have an Authorized Rainbow Service Center inspect your HEPA Neutralizer after two years of use. After five years of use, the HEPA Neutralizer should be replaced (by an Authorized Service Center) to ensure your Rainbow performs at its best.

What is covered under the Rainbow warranty?

Rexair provides to its independent Authorized Rainbow Distributors, a written four (4) year warranty on the Rainbow Cleaning System and attached accessories and an eight (8) year warranty on the vacuum cleaner motor/electronic controller. These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear arising from usage of products, such as belts, HEPA Neutralizer, etc.

Do Authorized Rainbow Distributors sell on the Internet, and can I safely purchase a Rainbow online?

No. Authorized Rainbow Distributors sell the Rainbow Home Cleaning System exclusively through in-home demonstrations. Importantly, only Rainbow Products sold by Authorized Rainbow Distributors in the home come with an authorized warranty. Rainbow products purchased through unauthorized channels, including the Internet, are not covered by an authorized warranty. In addition, there is no guarantee that products sold on the Internet are either new or genuine Rainbow Products.

When and how will I receive my gifts?

When you feel you have earned a gift offered by our company simply submit a Gift Request Form. Once the verification department has confirmed the completion of your qualified demos you will receive an email informing you of the status of your gifts. Once an approval email has been received you may pick up your gifts at our office in Thomasville, GA. You may also request that your earned items be brought to you on your next scheduled appointment. Our office will coordinate with our reps to fulfill these requests as quickly as possible.

How long is a Rainbow presentation?

It mostly depends on your friends. As a general rule, a Rainbow show takes about 1.5 hours to show you everything the Rainbow can do. Planning on nights your friends/family are in for the evening is best, so they are not rushing out for another planned engagement. Sometimes, it can last longer if the customer has questions or decides to keep the Rainbow for a healthier lifestyle. Our best recommendation is to plan for 2.5 - 3 hrs just to be safe. We have discovered that friends love to talk with one another, and it becomes a lot of socializing; which we too, enjoy!

Why advertise by word of mouth?

All of our advertising budget is spent on word of mouth advertising. Basically, our customers are our walking bulletin board. We know that your friends or relatives will believe you much more than a stranger paid to say something on an infomercial. Plus, seeing it in your home, is truly believing. We rely on our customers to spread the positive news about their Rainbow and our program. We allot a rather large budget for free gifts to our customers and their friends simply to enjoy the show and tell your friends! It is much like a movie review with the added incentive of a free home/room cleaning all in one! So, help us advertise and earn everything possible for FREE!

Where can I book a demo?

We are affiliated with other Rainbow offices across the state of Georgia and small parts of neighboring states. Check out the map to see if we can request coverage for you from one of these offices. When an opportunity this good comes along, you just need to spread the news...now you're able to spread it just a little bit further!

Please keep in mind when booking demos with other offices, your demo request will be forwarded to that office. All requests will be placed on standby until we receive a confirmation back from the corresponding office. Also, check the map and make sure you are booking 2+ demos in a day in areas where indicated.
